Orders are typically processed within 3-5 working days. Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges:

Standard Delivery: £3 - £5 dependant on the weight and size of your parcel.

Express Delivery available on request only. 
Free standard shipping is available on orders over £50.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information where applicable.

5. Missed Deliveries:
If a delivery is missed, our courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. If the item is returned to us, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy
